It seems to me that for many of us in the NW all the various green things start to blend together into one huge mass of greenishness. We see it and experience it as a backdrop and a mood of sorts but not generally as individual, discrete items. For me this series is about isolating individual plants and taking away the green and really looking at their structures and shapes while also showing them in an almost transparent state to go back to that idea of invisibility.
